Job Description Manage all logistics and shipping activities, including export and trade shipments Coordinate with internal teams on weekly delivery planning and shipment scheduling Liaise with freight forwarders on bookings, shipment plans, and cost negotiations Control freight costs against budget and optimize transportation efficiency Oversee loading and unloading schedules to ensure smooth warehouse operations Prepare shipping documentation and handle L/C processes, including review and amendments Communicate with clients on delivery status and resolve logistics-related issues Monitor forwarder charges and coordinate with finance for cost validation Track and analyze logistics KPIs, preparing monthly reports and insights Maintain and update ERP system data related to freight and export information Provide guidance on international trade regulations and support clients with import challenges Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes and systems The Successful Applicant A successful Logistics Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with strong exposure to export/shipping Solid understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and L/C processes Experience in freight negotiation and logistics cost management Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Fluent English communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from CNY 300000 to CNY 400000 annually.
