The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Proven experience as a Sourcing Director or similar role in the hand tools and power tools industry.Deep understanding of hand tools and power tools market trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
