Job Description Develop and execute the China sales strategy for precision grinding machine solutions. Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within target industries including: Aerospace Automotive & New Energy Vehicles Bearings Energy & Wind Power Hydraulic Components Railway Machine Tool & Mechanical Components Construction Machinery Components Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including manufacturing leaders, engineering teams, plant managers, and senior executives. Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and technical discussions through commercial negotiation and project closure. Deliver consultative and solution-based sales approaches for high-value capital equipment projects. Collaborate with application engineering and global technical teams to develop customised solutions. Conduct technical presentations, machine demonstrations, and customer workshops. Develop strategic account plans for key customers and industry manufacturers. Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging manufacturing trends. Provide regular market intelligence and sales forecasts to management. Achieve annual sales, profitability, and business development targets. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of sales experience within machine tools, grinding machines, CNC equipment, precision manufacturing equipment, or industrial automation sectors. Proven track record in capital equipment sales and complex project-based selling. Strong understanding of grinding technologies, machining processes, precision manufacturing, or metal cutting applications. Experience working for machine tool, grinding machine, or industrial equipment manufacturers is highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and account management skills. Hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to develop business from scratch. Ability to work effectively in an international and matrix organisation. Fluent Mandarin and business-level English.
