Job Description

Media Strategy and Planning

  • Responsible for media annual planning in China market in consistency with business imperatives, and planning across brand campaign, events and seasonal activities, etc.
  • Closely partner with Brand Content team and external stakeholders such as agency, media partners to optimize the content usage in media, to better design consumer digital journey and drive business conversions.
  • Data driven mindset in media strategic thinking.
  • Proper KPI setting for all media touchpoints; collaborating with EC team to better manage paid traffic achieving optimal result on performance media investment.

Media Performance Optimization and Campaign execution

  • Plan, consolidate and monitor media resources to optimize media performance and marketing ROI from holistic dimensions to energize the business.
  • Leverage Ad Hub on China Data Exchange Center to drive efficiency and effectiveness of media investments.
  • Manage and leverage external stakeholders including key agencies and media partners to deliver effective operations for performance optimization.
  • Good understanding on competitors and market industry trend about practice to seek for the business new opportunity.
  • Ad-hoc campaign executions and timely performance tracking and reporting

Media Budgeting and Control

  • Media budget management for China market.
  • Rational budget control with performance optimization mindset driven.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 8 years work experience in a media management role in luxury or retail company (or similar industries).
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • A thinker who is strategic, analytical, and intellectually aggressive.
  • Familiar with digital ecosystems in CN market, as well as platform data tools usage
  • An analytical problem solver who creates solutions in complex situations whilst building relationships.
  • Develop and cultivate a strong network of relationships build on trust. Promote collaboration and remove obstacles.
  • Innovative ideas, eager to try new things, keep learning and have creativity thinking.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity & can thrive in changing environment.
  • A good team player
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
