Senior FP&A

1. Act as Country Controller for overseas business including daily SAP management / Transfer-Price / Local country tax / Cross-functional communications with Stakeholders

2. Support sales team simulating project calculation, review and release price quotations.

3. Service center monthly-closing preparation / Yearly plant standard cost calculation.

4. Manage monthly business review process. Provide overview, analysis and insights on sales, profitability, performance, price & mix development, order intake, working capital etc.

5. Involving in the rolling sales forecasting activities for the responsible business unit. Manage the calendar, due dates and deliverables for monthly outlook, quarterly forecasts and yearly BP.

6. Act as extended arm of internal control in the unit, review and approve special price, samples, rebates, watch out for bad debt and inventory provision, unreasonable S&A expense, etc.

7. Help the BU head actively manage sales-price from profitable view / streamline sufficiency / risk and opportunities / financial data quality, etc.

8. Collaborate with the leadership team in creating the strategic plan, track and monitor the process towards achieving ambition targets, connecting the dots on key activities including localization projects etc.

9. Actively drive profitability, price and cost development, enhance performance visibility
