Job Description Partner with BU Finance BPs to provide financial insights and support strategic business decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes, including variance analysis and identification of key risks and opportunities. Conduct financial analysis, business modelling, and investment evaluations to support resource allocation and commercial initiatives. Monitor business performance, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability. Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial visibility, enhance planning processes, and support business objectives. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, financial processes, and decision-support capabilities. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or related finance functions. Experience within multinational healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or retail is preferred. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business modelling capabilities.
