Job Description The RoleThis role focuses on early pipeline evaluation and prioritization.You will be responsible for assessing newly generated programs and identifying which assets should move forward, helping ensure that platform output translates into high-quality, decision-ready pipelines.You will work alongside senior scientific leaders, each managing multiple programs, and take ownership of 1-2 pipelines.Key Responsibilities Evaluate new targets and programs generated from the platform Contribute to go / no-go decision-making for early-stage assets Assess: Target biology and disease rationale Mechanism of action (MoA) Competitive landscape and differentiation Design and refine early validation strategies (in vitro / in vivo) Work cross-functionally with: Biology Protein engineering / platform teams Support progression of selected programs toward preclinical development Ensure scientific rigor and decision quality in early-stage pipeline building The Successful Applicant PhD in Immunology, Biology, or related field Currently at: Principal Scientist / Senior Principal Scientist / Associate Director / Director level Background in: Biotech or multinational pharma Experience in: Large molecule therapeutics (antibody / protein) Early discovery or translational biology Strong understanding of: Target biology Drug discovery logic What makes a program worth advancing Ability to independently evaluate scientific hypotheses and data Experience participating in project teams and decision-making discussions Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions What's on Offer Gain broad exposure across multiple programs and therapeutic areas Join at a stage where individual judgment has visible impact This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in the life sciences sector.
