With a strong presence across Asia and extensive experience in industrial sectors, the firm supports clients on strategy development, commercial transformation, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness. 职责描述 As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work closely with project teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations and support execution across a range of strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include: Participate in strategy, growth, transformation, and commercial excellence projects for industrial and chemicals clients; Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and industry research; Analyze complex business issues using quantitative and qualitative methods, translating findings into strategic recommendations; Support the design and implementation of sales transformation and go-to-market initiatives; Develop financial models, business cases, and operational improvement plans; Prepare client presentations and facilitate workshops with management teams; Engage directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships throughout project delivery; Work collaboratively with cross-functional consulting teams across multiple geographies; Contribute to thought leadership, business development activities, and industry expertise building. 理想的求职者 The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above; 4-10 years of experience in chemicals, industrial manufacturing, materials, or related sectors; Experience from a management trainee or commercial development programme is preferred; Background in B2B sales, key account management, business development, or commercial functions; Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within industrial sectors; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; Fluent in English and Mandarin; Interest in strategy, business transformation, and consulting-related projects.
