Job Description

  • Execute sales activities in line with assigned targets and defined KPIs
  • Provide tailored product and application solutions based on customer requirements
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining accurate customer data
  • Manage and expand existing accounts through structured engagement and solution selling
  • Commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations
  • Customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales matters in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Customer satisfaction by resolving technical and commercial issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields
  • Solid experience in industrial or technical sales environments
  • Familiarity with web handling or related applications (e.g. guiding, tension control, slitting) is advantageous
  • Proven ability to develop new customers and manage key accounts
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience in negotiation and sales process management
  • Willingness to travel frequently within China
