You'll lead a sales team of 5+ FTE (AE & AM), shape strategy, and stay close to the market-balancing lead/ership with hands-on client engagement.You'll report directly to the VP of Sales, GCR, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in China's SMB segment.Key Responsibilities Own the SMB sales strategy and execution across large portfolio of accounts. Drive team performance and pipeline management to meet revenue and ARR targets. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize client coverage and retention. Lead by example - actively participating in client meetings and deal closures. 理想的求职者 We are looking for 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS; MarTech/AdTech background is a strong plus. Experience in account management and team lead-ing. Experience across multiple verticals- Chinease companies going global, Gaming, E-Commerce, FinTech, Social/Entertainment preferred.
