Leadership & Collaboration Lead the China regional materials and equipment team, motivate staff, and oversee their performance and development. Abide by company policies and organize team training on core technologies and new products. Collaborate with global teams, organize industry events, and optimize sales and distribution channels. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Director should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Surface Engineering. Fluent in business English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). At least 10 years of sales experience in a multinational company, plus 10 years of team management experience in an international business environment. Experience in materials or equipment business, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Open-minded, cross-culturally competent, and able to deliver results under pressure; industry customer network is preferred.
