Proactively identify operational pain points and drive end-to-end nationwide store improvement initiatives. 理想的求职者 8+ years of DTC retail operations management experience Hands-on experience building retail SOP frameworks and delivering end-to-end cross-functional projects. Proven track record of analysing sales data and driving teams to overachieve sales and profit KPIs Advanced Excel, professional PPT presentation capabilities and practical AI tool application skills. Strong cross-department coordination, stakeholder alignment and internal project communication skills.
