Job Description Regional Sales & Market Development Take ownership of sales planning and execution for assigned overseas regions. Develop structured regional strategies, including market prioritization, customer segmentation, and channel models. Drive new customer development while maintaining and expanding existing regional accounts. Manage major project opportunities, commercial negotiations, and contract execution within the region. Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity, and translate insights into practical sales actions. Channel & Partner Management Build, manage, and optimize regional distributor and partner networks. Set clear performance expectations, review results regularly, and implement improvement actions where needed. Support partners with sales tools, product positioning, and commercial coordination. Ensure pricing discipline and channel alignment within the region. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product management, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to respond to regional customer needs. Provide structured feedback from regional markets to support product updates and roadmap planning. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery and reliable after-sales support. Business Management & Reporting Own regional sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue tracking. Monitor pricing, margin performance, and cost structures within the region. Prepare regular business reviews and reports covering performance, risks, and opportunities. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in international B2B sales within solar inverters, power electronics, energy equipment, or related industrial products. Proven exposure to overseas regional markets, including distributor and partner management. Solid understanding of inverter applications across utility-scale, commercial & industrial, and distribution segments. Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing medium- to long-cycle projects. Bachelor's degree or above; technical or engineering background preferred. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally within the assigned region.
