The R&D Innovation role involves driving research and development activities to support product innovation in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Based in Shanghai&Suzhou, this position will focus on creating and improving products to meet market demands and company objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead research and development projects to innovate and enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs align with market needs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development for new products.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate new technologies into product lines.
  • Optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design processes.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of innovative solutions in the production environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful R&D Innovation professional should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping product.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of industrial and manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
