Job Description

1. Product Research & Innovation

*Execute R&D projects for whipped cream products, including vegetable-based whipped cream, dairy cream, compound cream, and emulsified cream products. include formula development, process design, and sample creation.

*Focus on improving key product performance indicators such as overrun, stability, shape retention, and sensory attributes.

*Establish and maintain technical documentation related to R&D; work closely with suppliers of food additives and flavor houses to ensure all raw and auxiliary materials comply with standards and internal food safety requirements.

*Track global food trends, consumer insights, and product movements to provide innovative ideas for product pipeline planning.

2. Technical Problem-Solving & Quality Improvement

*Address technical issues encountered in production, transportation, storage, and customer use (e.g., syneresis, collapse, whipping failure).

*Work pilot trials and factory-scale trials to ensure process feasibility and pre production readiness.

*Achieve cost reduction through formulation optimization and process improvement.

*Build and refine product standards, specifications, and critical process parameters.

3. Project Management & Cross-Functional teamwork

*Assist the Quality Department in establishing and maintaining product quality standards and testing methods.

*Drive cross-functional work with QA, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing teams to resolve technical problems and deal with business implementation.

*Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource coordination to ensure on time delivery.

The Successful Applicant

1. Education

*Master's degree or above in Food Science, Dairy Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or related fields.

2. Work Experience

*5+ years of experience in food product R&D, with at least 3 years specifically in fat based or cream-related products (e.g., vegetable whipped cream, dairy cream, ice cream mixes).

3. Technical Skills

*Strong background of whipped cream product mechanisms, emulsification systems, production processes, and key technical parameters.

*Solid skills in experimental design and problem-solving.

4. Soft Skills

*Excellent project management capabilities and strong cross-functional communication skills.

*Fluent in English.
