Work with cross-functional teams, including QFS Directors and HR Line BP, to align quality protocols. Supervise a team of peers to meet operational quality goods Report directly to the Senior Manager, providing updates on quality metrics and improvements. Maintain high standards of warehouse management and address any quality-related concerns effectively. Develop and train staff on quality management practices and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse quality systems and processes. The Successful Applicant A successful QFS Manager should have: Solid knowledge and experience in warehouse management and quality assurance in the FMCG industry. Strong background of FSMP packaging and warehouse quality standards. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international teams. A workable approach with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and skills to address quality-related problems.
