End-to-End Product Development: Manage the entire product development process, including conceptualizing new product ideas, selecting ingredients, defining technical and process paths, developing formulas, and overseeing the transition to mass production. Supplier and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring that they meet quality, cost, and innovation standards. Build strong relationships with external partners to support the development of competitive products. 3. R&D Coordination with Headquarters: Coordinate with the R&D teams at overseas headquarters to align on research initiatives, new technology development, and industry innovations. Ensure that global strategies and insights are integrated into local product development efforts. 4. Cost Optimization and Innovation: Act as the coordinator for cost-saving initiatives within the R&D team, driving process improvements and ensuring that products are developed in alignment with cost targets while maintaining high quality. Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce production costs. 5. Creative Ideation and Market Trends: Generate and refine new product ideas that align with current market trends and customer demands. Leverage consumer insights and competitor analysis to shape the direction of product innovation. The Successful Applicant * At least 8 years of experience in product development, particularly in frozen or meat products, with a proven track record of successful product launches. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently oversee multiple product development initiatives while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Deep technical understanding of product formulation, ingredient sourcing, and production processes. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with global teams and external suppliers effectively. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. * A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for food innovation and consumer satisfaction.
