Job Description

  • Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including demand planning alignment, sourcing execution, contracting, and procurement governance.
  • Drive value creation initiatives through procurement planning, process optimization, and operational excellence programs.
  • Partner with regional and global procurement teams to support business transformation and procurement capability enhancement.
  • Monitor supply market dynamics and identify opportunities to improve resilience, sustainability, and long-term sourcing effectiveness.
  • Support key procurement projects and contribute to the delivery of business, cost, and innovation objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of expertise in procurement, sourcing, or category management within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or a fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Fluent English communication skills will be highly preferred.
