Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall procurement and supply chain strategy, ensuring efficient sourcing, planning, and product availability across the business.Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage supplier relationships and negotiations across global sourcing markets. Lead OEM and ODM supplier selection, development, performance management, and compliance activities. Drive cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining quality, service, and sustainability standards. Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and replenishment processes to ensure healthy stock levels and minimise working capital exposure. Collaborate closely with commercial, merchandising, operations, and finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory productivity. Manage logistics and distribution activities, ensuring service levels, cost efficiency, and operational reliability. Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to improve resilience. Build an agile supply chain framework that can respond effectively to changing customer demand, product launches, and market dynamics. Lead and develop procurement and supply chain teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and implement corrective action plans where required. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a senior procurement or supply chain leadership role. Prior experience within luxury, premium lifestyle, retail, consumer products, or related industries. Strong procurement background with demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Significant experience managing OEM and ODM manufacturing partners. Solid knowledge of inventory planning, demand planning, and logistics operations. Track record of building and managing complex international supplier networks. Strong commercial acumen and supplier negotiation capabilities. Experience driving supply chain transformation and process improvement initiatives. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
