Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and sourcing strategies. Provide insights on global sourcing trends, geopolitical developments, and international supply chain shifts. Identify medium- and long-term opportunities to strengthen sourcing competitiveness and resilience. Support leadership in prioritizing strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple geographies. Market Intelligence & Policy Analysis Monitor supply market developments across China and emerging sourcing regions. Analyze government policies, trade regulations, investment trends, and international business developments that may impact sourcing decisions. Assess opportunities arising from regional economic cooperation programs and infrastructure development initiatives. Evaluate market risks, supplier capabilities, and regulatory considerations when entering new sourcing markets. Provide fact-based recommendations that support sourcing and supply chain decision-making. Cross-Functional Program Leadership Lead the governance and execution of strategic sourcing programs. Coordinate with procurement, quality, legal, finance, engineering, and operational teams to deliver project objectives. Translate strategic direction into actionable workstreams and implementation plans. Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Support supplier qualification, risk assessment, and operational readiness activities. Supplier Development & Supply Chain Improvement Build and maintain supplier intelligence across existing and emerging sourcing markets. Support supplier development initiatives that improve capability, competitiveness, and business readiness. Identify opportunities to optimize total cost of ownership while maintaining quality, compliance, and supply continuity. Promote sustainable and scalable sourcing solutions that support future expansion plans The Successful Applicant Required Experience Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related discipline. Significant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or strategic project management within a multinational environment. Proven track record in developing and delivering sourcing strategies across multiple countries or regions. Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation. Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and project delivery. Preferred Background Experience in mining, energy, industrial manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment, engineering, or large capital project environments. Familiarity with industrial products, technical equipment, manufacturing processes, or operational infrastructure. Experience supporting international expansion, supplier localization, or global sourcing initiatives. Knowledge of supplier development, international trade flows, and supply chain risk management. Exposure to consulting environments combined with hands-on implementation experience is highly valued.
