The Successful Applicant You are a strong match for this role if you possess the following qualifications, skills, competencies and experience 10+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical fields, with a relevant Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Engineering or related fields Technical Proficiency (either of 2 or both): Strong experience in backend development, with expertise in modern programming languages, technologies, and concepts, including object-oriented and functional design, cloud-nat*ve architectures, REST, stream and batch processing using Java, Scala, JavaScript, kubernetes, AWS etc. Validated experience in the mobile development domain, embedded systems, with expertise in modern programming languages, technologies, and concepts, including object oriented design, architecture, Android/Kotlin, C++, Java, Swift, Javascript/TypeScript, Flutter/Dart, React JS, gRPC, Experience with Automotive OEMs and Automotive system integrators is highly valued for this role. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Passion for learning and the ability to evaluate and adapt to new challenges, like integrating new technologies. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Fluent communication skills in Mandarin and English, project and stakeholder management skills are also crucial for this role Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
