Job Description Manage POS display and visual merchandising projects from concept development to final delivery. Interpret client briefs and translate branding concepts into commercially viable display solutions. Coordinate product development activities including drawing review, prototyping, sampling and production validation. Work closely with designers and engineers to optimize structures, materials and manufacturing processes. Source, evaluate and manage suppliers across multiple manufacturing categories. Conduct supplier capability assessments and factory evaluations. Negotiate pricing, tooling costs, payment terms and production schedules. Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network. Monitor mass production activities and ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are met. Coordinate internal stakeholders across sales, design, quality, logistics and finance functions. Manage project budgets, quotations and cost control initiatives. Ensure compliance with international quality, safety and sustainability standards. Support logistics planning, packaging, shipment coordination and delivery execution. Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers in both English and Chinese. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Design, Business or related disciplines.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in POS displays, visual merchandising, retail fixtures, shopfitting, furniture, decoration or related industries.Proven experience managing complex product development or project management activities.Strong knowledge of materials including metal, wood, acrylic, lighting, fabric and printing applications.Experience coordinating suppliers, factories and manufacturing partners.Good understanding of international trade, logistics and export processes.Strong commercial awareness with demonstrated negotiation and cost management skills.Familiarity with quality standards, product testing requirements and compliance regulations.Excellent project planning and stakeholder management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills; Cantonese is advantageous.Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Exposure to CAD, AI, Photoshop or 3D design software is preferred.Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
