Job Description Production Management: Develop and implement clear production plans, aligning them with company objectives and customer demands. Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Budget Allocation: Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and maximizing profitability. Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of over 100 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Effectively coordinate team resources to optimize productivity and efficiency. EHS Compliance: Solid environmental, health, and safety practices within the production facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance. Customer Communication: With a strong proficiency in English, actively engage with overseas clients to discuss production order requirements, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status. Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery to meet customer expectations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a plant Operation Manager or in a similar role within a large machining equipment production environment. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. EHS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with international clients and team members. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Budget Management: Proven experience in managing production budgets and controlling costs.
