Job Description

Act as the core HR partner to overseas business units, managing regions including North America and Japan

Design and implement end-to-end HR solutions aligned with business strategy and rapid expansion needs

Build and enhance HR frameworks covering talent development, performance management, and organizational design

Lead and develop a small international HR team (approximately 6-7 members)

Drive organizational capability improvements and implement scalable HR processes

Partner with senior stakeholders to support key initiatives such as market entry, team setup, and operational excellence

Collaborate closely with functional teams (e.g., OD, COE) to ensure alignment of HR programs

Support leadership in strengthening culture, engagement, and execution effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

Proven HRBP leadership experience in multinational or fast-scaling environments

Strong exposure to overseas HR management, have had covering US markets before

Experience building HR systems and processes from early or growth stages

Solid knowledge across OD, talent development, and performance management

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders

Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving environments

Fluent English communication skills required
