Job Description

  • Manage daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and workflows.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align operational goals with broader company.
  • Oversee resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operation Manager should have:
