Job Description Develop and execute contract manufacturing strategies in North Asia, identifying and qualifying new partners to support business growth.Oversee contract manufacturing projects, including contract design, production quality, ramp-up, cost monitoring, and compliance.Work closely with Procurement, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams to ensure competitive sourcing and successful product launches.Monitor CMO performance, prepare quarterly profitability analysis, and implement cost-saving initiatives.Promote process improvements, sustainability practices, and ethical standards across all manufacturing partners. The Successful Applicant Minimum 10 years in manufacturing or contract manufacturing operations (industrial liquids such as lubricants, paints, cosmetics etc).Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.Strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
