Develop seasonal assortment plans and product launch strategies for retail and e-commerce channels. Select and optimise product assortments for the China market based on local consumer demand and market trends. Manage order planning, demand forecasting and inventory performance. Support pricing decisions through market, cost and competitor analysis. Monitor key business KPIs and provide weekly sales and inventory reports. Partner closely with regional stakeholders and collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing and Retail teams. 理想的求职者 Fluent in English or Japanese. 5+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Merchandising or Buying within fashion, lifestyle, sportswear or retail industries. Strong understanding of assortment planning, demand forecasting and inventory management. Proven ability to manage sales, margin and inventory KPIs.
