The Successful Applicant A successful Managing Director should have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred. Demonstrated track record of successful P&L management and driving business growth. In-depth knowledge of industrial products, solutions, and market dynamics within the China domestic market.
