Previous experience in a well‑regarded global investment bank or reputable boutique advisory firm, with demonstrable execution experience in complex M&A deals, is required. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of key workstreams and drive execution, including financial analyses, due diligence coordination, and preparation of transaction materials. Strong technical foundation, including financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills. Excellent communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, with the capability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional advisors. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
