Job Description

  • Drive the execution of M&A and other strategic advisory engagements, including financial modeling, valuation analyses, due diligence coordination, and preparation of client deliverables.
  • Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and development of strategic recommendations.
  • Support client relationship management and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other external advisors throughout transaction processes.
  • Contribute to internal discussions on deal structuring, market insights, and strategic considerations across active and prospective mandates.

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or other transaction-driven roles, with direct involvement in M&A execution.
  • Previous experience in a well‑regarded global investment bank or reputable boutique advisory firm, with demonstrable execution experience in complex M&A deals, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of key workstreams and drive execution, including financial analyses, due diligence coordination, and preparation of transaction materials.
  • Strong technical foundation, including financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, with the capability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional advisors.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
