Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. Manage and grow long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, contracts, and cooperation terms while protecting profitability. Provide customized product solutions based on client needs and market demand. Drive wholesale and online sales via B2B marketplaces and social commerce channels. Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning, promotions, and digital listings. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and sales forecasts; prepare regular performance reports. Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Provide market and customer insights to support product development and inventory planning. 理想的求职者 A successful KA Manager should have: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Gemology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or e‑commerce, ideally within jewelry, gemstones, luxury ornaments, or high-end souvenirs. Hands-on experience with Nephrite Jade products is essential. Chinese speaker with fluent English (spoken and written). Familiar with gemstone/jewelry certifications (e.g. GIA preferred). Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and e‑commerce platforms. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross‑cultural environment.
