Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day 1st & 2nd level technical support for operation and maintenance including troubleshooting and issue resolving.
  • Provide technical support for laptop, PC IT collaboration hardware/software services.
  • Maintain and resolve problems withlaptop/PC hardware, software, andnetwork connectivity.
  • Communicate with end-users andprovide basic training, guidance, and solutions.
  • Communicate with external vendor for IT hardware procurement, logisticoperation support, and asset management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree and above, prefercomputer science related major
  • Fluent oral English
  • Strong sense of customer service,solution-oriented
  • Skilled at Active Directory, 0365,Operation systems, lSO27000 etc.
  • Work close with other teammates
