The Successful Applicant 7-10+ years of experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, or Audit, with solid knowledge of frameworks such as COSO or SOX. Background in FMCG, retail, pharma, or other complex, multi‑BU organizations, comfortable working in a matrix environment. Resilience, maturity, and strong stakeholder management skills, especially in navigating diverse views and achieving alignment.
