Job Description Industrialization Strategy and Planning Define and implement industrialization strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Develop robust processes for transitioning from R&D to mass production, focusing on efficiency, cost, and quality. Project Management and Execution Lead industrialization projects from concept to SOP (Start of Production), ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to deliver seamless product launches. Process Optimization and Technology Deployment Establish and optimize manufacturing processes, including automation, tooling, and equipment selection. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Supplier and Plant Interface Collaborate with suppliers and internal plants to ensure readiness for production ramp-up. Oversee industrial trials, PPAP validation, and ensure compliance with OEM standards. Risk Management and Compliance Identify industrialization risks and implement preventive measures. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations across all industrialization activities. The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 10+ years in automotive industrialization or manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles; Tier 1 or OEM experience preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and automotive production processes. Familiarity with automation, tooling design, and process validation. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex industrialization programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
