Business Strategy & Goal Management Own the annual and quarterly targets for GMV, ROI, margin and other core business KPIs within TikTok Live Commerce. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend mapping to define clear growth strategies. Drive category planning, product structure optimization, and overall livestreaming growth roadmap. 2. Livestream Operations & Content Management Oversee end‑to‑end livestream room operations, including scripting, scheduling, traffic acquisition, conversion improvements, and review mechanisms. Lead talent/host strategy, workload allocation, incentive plans, and performance management. Optimize livestream SOPs across selection, on‑air playbook, engagement rhythm, conversion funnel and more. 3. Merchandising & Supply Chain Collaboration Partner closely with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, stock planning, and margin performance. Drive overseas warehouse planning, multi‑warehouse fulfillment models, and delivery experience improvements. Collaborate with brands/factories to develop customized or differentiated product lines. 4. Growth & Paid Traffic Strategy Guide the paid acquisition team to execute advertising strategies (Ads/Short‑video traffic/Live boosting). Continuously optimize CAC, ROI, retention, and repurchase metrics. Lead multi‑dimensional A/B testing across creatives, materials, and conversion pathways. 5. Team Building & Cross‑functional Collaboration Build and scale the overseas live commerce team, including operations, paid traffic, hosts, talent partnerships, supply chain, and customer service. Drive cross‑department alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, etc. Establish a talent development roadmap and training mechanism to enhance overall team capability. The Successful Applicant 1. Experience Background 8+ years in cross‑border or content e‑commerce operations, with experience managing 100+ team members. Prior experience in TikTok Shop, overseas livestreaming, or cross‑border live commerce is preferred. Strong track record of building a team from 0-1 or scaling from 1-N. 2. Capability Model Deep understanding of GMV growth drivers in overseas live commerce (talent/content/traffic/operations/products). Strong expertise in livestream operations, product selection methodologies, talent partnership strategies, and TikTok traffic mechanisms. Strong data capability-able to drive decisions based on ROI, CTR, CVR, and GMV structure. Strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and pressure management skills.
