Production Management
Lead a production team to comply with all the production needs of a wholeregion or a specific clients while managing the general traffic of projectsinto the team and being held fully accountable for the key productionprocesses and tasks (Open Orders, Accruals, etc).
At times, the PTL will also have to manage production projects withspecific complexities, spend level or other situational circumstances.
Team Management
Be in charge of upskilling, developing and coaching the team members,specially mentoring the Senior Production Managers.
Manage the the team, assess the internal responsibility andpropose solutions.
Communication and stakeholder management
Be the team´s escalation point for operational topics, internally orexternally.
