Job Description

1. Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning

  • Develop and execute annual brand strategy and comprehensive marketing roadmap
  • Drive brand awareness, user acquisition and market penetration
  • Leverage consumer and market insights to continuously refine strategy and fuel business growth
  • Build and track brand equity metrics



2. Budget & P&L Management

  • Own marketing budget planning, allocation and optimization
  • Take full responsibility for marketing P&L and ROI performance
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends
  • Align promotional plans with supply chain and inventory strategy



3. Integrated Campaigns & Content Ecosystem

  • Lead 360° campaigns including product launches and seasonal initiatives
  • Define and manage social media and content strategy across platforms
  • Build and optimize KOL/KOC ecosystem and influencer strategy
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key digital platforms



4. Trade Marketing & Omni-Channel Excellence

  • Drive in-store activation and trade marketing strategies to improve traffic and conversion
  • Oversee omni-channel promotional framework and retail execution standards
  • Manage retail campaigns, new store openings and seasonal activities
  • Collaborate with retail partners on joint business plans



5. CRM & Customer Loyalty

  • Develop CRM framework and membership strategy to enhance customer lifecycle value
  • Implement targeted initiatives for acquisition, retention and reactivation
  • Ensure seamless online-offline integration of customer data and experience
  • Monitor retention and repeat purchase KPIs



6. Product Localization & Market Insights

  • Provide insights into local market trends, consumers and competitors
  • Support product portfolio optimization and localized product launches
  • Develop locally relevant messaging aligned with brand heritage



7. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Collaborate with global headquarters and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure alignment across e-commerce, retail, sales and compliance functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in premium consumer goods or beauty industry
  • At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong expertise across brand strategy, digital marketing, content and integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of China's digital and retail ecosystem
  • Proven track record in budget management, P&L ownership and ROI optimization
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
