Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders. Support customer onboarding, solution deployment, and implementation activities. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with relevant teams to deliver improvements. Monitor performance metrics and utilise data-driven insights to support decision-making. Ensure alignment between regional priorities and broader organisational objectives. Lead, develop, and coach a specialised product and solutions team. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline. Proven experience in product management, solution development, business transformation, or operational excellence. Strong understanding of digital products, systems enablement, and customer onboarding processes. Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholder groups. Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational optimisation initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively within a matrix and international environment. Experience managing and developing teams.
