Establish team structure, functional responsibilities, and performance management frameworks. Design and implement operational processes and service standards. Build scalable capabilities to support future business growth. Identify new market opportunities and growth areas within air freight services. Carrier & Partner Management Build strategic relationships with airlines, co-loaders, cargo agents, and logistics partners. Manage commercial agreements and capacity arrangements with key service providers. Negotiate competitive rates and service terms. Maintain a reliable network of transportation, warehouse, customs brokerage, and overseas partners. Monitor supplier performance and support continuous service improvement. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to customer requirements. Monitor service performance and establish relevant KPIs. Minimum 10 years of experience within air freight, air cargo, freight forwarding, or related logistics sectors. Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
