Own P&L, budgeting, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Lead data center builds, expansions, upgrades, and AI/HPC deployments. Oversee critical facilities operations, commissioning, migrations, and service delivery. Drive operational excellence, DCIM monitoring, and sustainability initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders on colocation and AI infrastructure solutions. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of AI Infrastructure and Data Center should have: Degree in Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years' experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or HPC environments, including senior leadership experience. Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site operations. Strong exposure to AI/HPC infrastructure, data center construction, and facilities management. Commercially astute with P&L and investment management experience. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
