As part of its continued supply chain transformation and global operational expansion, the company is seeking an experienced warehouse director to drive standardisation, operational excellence, and inventory performance across its global warehouse network. Job Description Developing and executing global warehouse strategies, policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics. Help inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, outbound shipping, and warehouse service operations globally. Managing global hub operations, cross-docking activities, and material flows between suppliers, warehouses, manufacturing sites, and customers. Overseeing outsourced logistics partners, 3PL warehouses, and kitting service providers to ensure operational performance, cost efficiency, and service excellence. Driving inventory accuracy through robust cycle count programmes, physical inventory controls, reconciliation processes, and corrective action plans. Implementing inventory optimisation initiatives to improve inventory turns, reduce obsolete stock, and enhance working capital performance. Ensuring compliance with EMS industry requirements including ESD controls, traceability, FIFO/FEFO management, moisture-sensitive materials handling, and environmental standards. Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and IT functions to drive end-to-end operational excellence. The Successful Applicant A successful Global Warehouse Director should have: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. 12-15+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level warehouse management role. Proven experience managing multi-country warehouse operations across APAC; exposure to global warehouse networks is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory controls, and warehouse automation initiatives. Demonstrated success in managing outsourced logistics and 3PL operations. Deep understanding of international logistics, customs processes, hub operations, and cross-docking models. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and change management capabilities.
