Job Description

  • Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate, commercial, technical, and leadership-level positions across international markets.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future-focused roles.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify high-potential candidates across target markets.
  • Drive direct sourcing activities through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and talent communities.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide hiring insights, analytics, and recommendations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction capabilities.
  • Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and search firms.
  • Support succession planning and key talent projects across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to recruitment team members and encourage effective recruitment methodologies and continuous improvement across hiring activities.
  • Track market trends and competitor hiring activity to support talent strategy development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience within multinational or international business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functions, including commercial, corporate, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.
  • Proven experience building talent pipelines and developing sourcing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of direct sourcing techniques, executive search approaches, and proven recruitment methodologies.
  • Experience operating within fast-paced and high-growth business environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience supporting international recruitment activities across multiple regions will be advantageous.
  • Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
