The Head of Global Supply Chain Planning will take charge of end-to-end planning activities across global manufacturing and supply chain operations.This role is responsible for driving S&OP excellence, improving order fulfillment performance, and managing strategic supply chain transformation projects.

Job Description

  • Oversee the global supply chain planning function across manufacturing sites and regions.
  • Own and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, inventory, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to develop executable operational plans.
  • Establish visibility across the order fulfillment process and drive improvements in delivery performance and OTIF metrics.
  • Monitor supply and demand risks and develop mitigation plans related to capacity, inventory, and material availability.
  • Shape strategic initiatives including production transfers, capacity planning, network optimization, and inventory reduction programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, planning effectiveness, and operational performance.
  • Provide regular reporting, project governance, and communication to senior stakeholders across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand management, or order fulfillment within manufacturing environments.
  • Prior leadership experience managing regional or global planning teams.
  • Experience working within multinational organizations and cross-functional matrix structures.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, APS, IBP, or comparable planning platforms.
  • Track record of improving planning processes, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and delivery reliability.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different regions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
