This role is responsible for establishing the firm's corporate brand communications and public relations function. As the central point of external communications, the successful candidate will be instrumental in building the PR infrastructure, developing integrated strategies, and managing reputation across key markets.

An investor relations and financial communications consultancy with offices across China and The States. The firm specialises in supporting Asia-based companies listed in Hong Kong S.A.R, the United States, and Southeast Asia, offering strategic capital markets communications and investor engagement services.

Job Description

  • Design and build the firm's brand PR function, including processes, tools, and content frameworks to support long-term communications goals.
  • Develop and implement annual PR and brand communication strategies to strengthen the firm's reputation across Greater China, the US, and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial, business, and industry media; proactively secure coverage and manage press outreach.
  • Oversee content planning and publishing across owned channels, including the corporate website, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
  • Monitor and manage public sentiment and media coverage related to the firm; respond to reputational risks as needed.
  • Plan and execute brand-building initiatives such as industry forums, media interviews, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Coordinate communications efforts across global offices to ensure brand consistency and alignment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or financial media, preferably with cross-border exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a PR or communications function within a corporate or consultancy setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial media ecosystems and capital markets communications in both China and the US.
  • Excellent bilingual writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to craft high-quality content independently.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate across departments and geographies.
  • Strong media network and sensitivity to public opinion trends.
  • Prior experience in consultancy, financial PR, or working with US/HK-listed Chinese companies is a plus.
