Job Description Develop and execute strategies to improve the global customer experience within the procurement and supply chain department. Lead compliance and risk management initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks and implement corrective measures. Monitor and assess compliance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness. Oversee the implementation of control systems to ensure the integrity of procurement and supply chain processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance and risk management practices. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields). Extensive experience in controls, compliance, risk management, or audit within a global organization. Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO) and audit practices. Proven experience in managing complex, cross-regional programs and driving global standardization. Experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Service environments is highly preferred.
