Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the global customer experience within the procurement and supply chain department.
  • Lead compliance and risk management initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitor and assess compliance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
  • Oversee the implementation of control systems to ensure the integrity of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance and risk management practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields).
  • Extensive experience in controls, compliance, risk management, or audit within a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO) and audit practices.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-regional programs and driving global standardization.
  • Experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Service environments is highly preferred.
