Our client is a semiconductor company supporting multiple industrial and emerging application markets.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the overall strategy for the Robotics BU, including market positioning, product roadmap input, and growth plans.
  • Own P&L management, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Build and manage relationships with key robotics customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure solutions meet market and customer requirements.
  • Identify new application opportunities and business models within the robotics market.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a cross-functional BU team, fostering accountability and execution discipline.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Solid professional background in the semiconductor industry, with experience working closely with product and technology teams.
  • Proven business leadership experience in the robotics market, including sales, marketing, or general management roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of robotics applications, customer buying behavior, and go-to-market models.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
