The Successful Applicant Experience & Background Over 10 years of experience in international engineering, with at least 5 years managing full‑cycle EPC/EPFC projects across multiple countries. Proven track record of two or more large‑scale overseas EPC/EPFC projects from bidding through final delivery. Minimum 5 years of cross‑border team leadership, having managed diverse teams of 30+ members. International outlook with hands-on experience delivering overseas engineering projects, ideally in factory engineering or new energy EPC/EPFC. Core Competencies Strong technical understanding of EPC/EPFC project processes, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and commercial control. Excellent capabilities in strategic planning, commercial negotiation, contract management, and resource integration across regions. Pragmatic leadership style, with an operational mindset and a demonstrated ability to build and scale teams. Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills; able to use English fluently as a working language. Able to support 40%+ international travel, with the ability to coordinate multi-country projects, make fast decisions, and handle crises under pressure.
