Job Description

  • Define and execute global and China business strategies, drive technology commercialisation, and take full P&L accountability.
  • Own strategic planning and annual business objectives, ensuring operational excellence and market competitiveness.
  • Build and strengthen brand presence through integrated marketing initiatives and industry engagement.
  • Develop and manage sales strategies, secure long-term partnerships with major fertiliser producers, and optimise revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with European R&D teams to adapt and deliver high-performance products for the Chinese and international markets.
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and robust governance across all operations.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, focusing on talent development and organisational capability.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in fertiliser specialty additives or related agri-inputs, with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Previously held a General Manager or Sales/Marketing Head role in a lea-ding industry player, managing annual revenue of RMB 1 billion (approx. €130 million) or above.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience in brand building and cross-functional lea-dership.
  • International exposure preferred; fluent in English or German, with European study or work experience highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Resources, Marketing or related fields.
