Job Description Define and execute global and China business strategies, drive technology commercialisation, and take full P&L accountability. Own strategic planning and annual business objectives, ensuring operational excellence and market competitiveness. Build and strengthen brand presence through integrated marketing initiatives and industry engagement. Develop and manage sales strategies, secure long-term partnerships with major fertiliser producers, and optimise revenue growth. Collaborate closely with European R&D teams to adapt and deliver high-performance products for the Chinese and international markets. Ensure compliance, risk management, and robust governance across all operations. Foster a high-performing team culture, focusing on talent development and organisational capability. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in fertiliser specialty additives or related agri-inputs, with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Previously held a General Manager or Sales/Marketing Head role in a lea-ding industry player, managing annual revenue of RMB 1 billion (approx. €130 million) or above. Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience in brand building and cross-functional lea-dership. International exposure preferred; fluent in English or German, with European study or work experience highly desirable. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Resources, Marketing or related fields.
