职责描述

Act as the key finance partner to the E-Commerce business, supporting commercial and strategic decision-making.
Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the online business.
Monitor business performance, including sales, margin, profitability, expenses and other key commercial KPIs.
Provide regular performance analysis and identify key risks, opportunities and business drivers.
Support promotional campaigns, pricing decisions and investment evaluations through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
Partner with commercial teams to improve profitability and optimize resource allocation.
Support month-end performance reviews and management reporting.
Work cross-functionally with Finance, E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising and other teams on key business initiatives.
Continuously improve financial processes, reporting and analytics to enhance business insights.
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and reporting as required.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering. Experience supporting E-Commerce is highly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Good command of both English and Chinese.
