Lead export-related VAT refund matters for equipment and capital goods, ensuring compliance, timely recovery, and healthy cash flow. Manage cost accounting and cost control for equipment, projects, and operational activities, working closely with factory or project teams. Oversee AR/AP and working capital management, including billing, collections, payments, and cash flow monitoring for trading and operational setups. Perform financial and operational analysis on projects, costs, margins, and cash flow to support management decisions. Act as a hands-on finance partner to operations, supply chain, and project teams, supporting execution in an industrial and trade-driven environment. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 8+ years of relevant finance experience, with hands-on exposure to manufacturing, industrial projects, or trading companies. Solid experience in VAT refund for export, especially related to equipment or capital goods. Strong foundation in cost accounting, AR/AP, and operational finance, not limited to bookkeeping. Good understanding of factory or project-based operations and related financial controls. Proficiency in English and Mandarin; able to communicate with overseas stakeholders in a professional context.
